Celebrating Latino Leaders, Connectors, and Changemakers Across New Jersey
Puentes de Impacto / Bridges of Impact is more than a list. It is a platform for recognition, a tribute to leadership, and a collective celebration of the Latino leaders whose work strengthens communities throughout New Jersey.
This annual initiative recognizes professionals, entrepreneurs, advocates, educators, public servants, nonprofit leaders, and community changemakers who build bridges of opportunity, culture, equity, service, and transformation across the Garden State.
Latino communities account for more than 22% of New Jersey’s population and continue to shape the state’s economic, civic, cultural, and community future.
The individuals recognized through Puentes de Impacto reflect the energy, resilience, innovation, and generosity of New Jersey’s Latino community. They are leaders who connect people and ideas, create opportunities, elevate others, and lead with purpose and pride in their heritage.
